Prevention and Mitigation

In the Anti-Corruption practice area, we focus on advising Mexican and foreign clients in the prevention and mitigation of risks related to non-compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. We work together with our clients to develop, review and implement internal policies and training for their personnel in order to strengthen their control and compliance mechanisms.

Our advice includes guidance on establishing policies regarding gifts, travel, codes of conduct, whistleblowing and accounting issues, among others. Our training programs are based on practical and real cases, so that employees and officers can identify and avoid high-risk situations related to corruption.
