Mayorga has more than 30 years of experience and leadership in the field of corporate migration and has advised several transnational and international mobility companies, providing comprehensive legal services in immigration matters to companies in Mexico with foreign personnel and their families; as well as providing the comprehensive legal assistance necessary for different companies to establish themselves in Mexico, coordinating effective allocation of services with other practice areas relevant to investors in Mexico.

Mayorga has been recognized as one of the best Corporate Immigration lawyers by Who’s Who Legal since 2004. He is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and contributes to specialized publications on immigration matters such as the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG).

Activities

We provide planning, consultancy and advisory services to our clients in immigration matters, as well as define the terms of assignment of foreign personnel to Mexico, in order to establish policies that facilitate the assignment of human resources to Mexico.

We also advise companies to establish internal policies and work rules regarding the administration of foreign personnel to Mexico, supporting them in effective controls of foreign personnel administration.
